We welcome franchises and store owners, both brick and mortar and ecommerce, to create a wholesale account with us. You are free to sell our products on your website or at your retail location, and there are no restrictions on selling through online marketplaces not explicitly stated by us.

Minimum Order Quantity

To access our wholesale pricing, we require a minimum order of 24 bottles. It's important to note that these bottles do not all have to be the same product. You can mix and match different products to meet the minimum order requirement. Please email us at sales@intenergyusa.com to request a customized quote.

Exchange Policy

If you receive any products from us that are damaged or defective, please let us know as soon as possible. We take the upmost pride in the quality of our products, and we want your customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. In the event that you do receive a damaged or defective unit, we will replace it for you at no additional charge.

To facilitate the replacement process, we kindly ask that you send us photographs of the product in question, alongside information from the customer on any discrepencies noticed. Once we receive the information, we will send you a replacement unit right away. We'll cover the shipping costs for the replacement, so you don't have to worry about any extra expenses.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for non-defective units. If you simply changed your mind about your purchase or don't need the unit anymore, we cannot grant you a refund. However, we're happy to help you find a solution that works for you, whether that means exchanging the unit for a different product or providing you with store credit.

We reserve the right to reject any wholesale application that does not meet our eligibility criteria or that we believe does not align with our values and mission. We also reserve the right to modify our wholesale eligibility policy at any time without notice.
